REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE REQUESTS


Please note that All Sales Are Final. We do not offer refunds and we do not offer exchanges. Should one of our DVD products be defective we will immediately replace the defective DVD with the exact same title. All clothing, footware, and toy products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacture's defect.  Please use the "Orders and Returns" link to request authorization. All unauthorized returns will be refused.



SPECIAL SALE OFFERS


Please note that during our Sale Offers there will be delays on shipping. Our usual shipping times of 24 to 48 hours may be extended to 7 to 14 days depending on our stock. If all products are on the shelf we will ship immediately. If we need to replicate any DVD titles there will be a delay.  Your patience during these popular times is appreciated.



USER/MODEL COMPLAINTS


Models who appear on this site who have a complaint or valid request to have content removed (which may or may not be upheld) can send an email to ron@harmonymax.com.  Each request will be reviewed and resolved within 7 days.
